Part of the [[Change Leadership]] concentration, this course explored the various methods, tools, and technologies used to implement change effectively in organizations.

## Objectives & Competencies
This course focused on how leaders, even informal leaders or those in positions with less power, can support all members of an organization to actively create change that improves an organization's effectiveness.
**Competencies I developed include:**
- An ability to explain the human centric approach of organization development
- Creating an organization development resource library
- This site is a resource library, but I have also created a [[ORGL Bibliography|bibliography]]🧩of all the materials I referenced throughout my ORGL journey.
- I was part of a group that reviewed [[The Coaching Habit - MBS 2017|The Coaching Habit]] by [[Michael Bungay Stanier]]. I am very proud of the [[Powtoon presentation]]🧩 we created.
- The capacity to construct a sustainable change agent strategy
- I drafted a personal [[My personal change agent strategy|change agent strategy]]🧩based on Intentional Change Theory and using the [[Five Discoveries]].
