# ORGL 615 - Organizational Behavior & Theory

This was another core course and it provided a deeper understanding regarding the complexities of organizations.
I loved the focus on systems thinking and was particularly interested in the idea of a learning organization. This definitely appealed to my philosophy of leading through curiosity and collaboration.

## Objectives & Competencies
We learned about different theories of organizations, organizational behavior, and systems as well as a variety of strategies and tactics for successful leadership and followership.
**Competencies I developed include:**

- An understanding of how to plan, establish and maintain an organizational structure and organizational strategy

- I analyzed an organization from a case study and drafted [[Advice and Counsel on EU Design]]🧩
