As part of the culmination of my journey through the [Gonzaga University Master's in Organizational Leadership](https://www.gonzaga.edu/online-graduate-programs/online-programs/m-a-organizational-leadership) program, I have put together this portfolio to review and demonstrate what I have learned.

## Introduction to Me
Here's where you can learn a little more [[about me]], including:
- My [[resume]]
- My [[Statement of Purpose]] from my application to the program
- [[My Leadership Philosophy]]
## Review of Courses
Here is [[MA, ORGL|a listing of all the courses I completed in the ORGL program]]. There is a separate note for each course, which summarizes the course objectives and competencies and includes my reflections. Each course note also includes links to my notes on the resources I studied for that subject. You can also view (and download) a [[ORGL Bibliography|bibliography]] of (almost all) the resources I consumed and studied through the ORGL program.

> [[We come together to create this space]] [[where obedience to truth can be practiced]]. We define [[truth as a continuing dialogue]] about things that matter, conducted with passion and with discipline.
## Evidence of Competencies
Below are some of the competencies I developed throughout the course of the program. Where applicable, I have included artifacts🧩 that demonstrate how I was able to apply the knowledge I attained. Additional competencies and artifacts are listed in each course note (see above).
###### The capacity as a leader to design and lead effective teams
- [[Reflection on team effectiveness in Mt. Everest simulation]]🧩
###### A capacity to use systems dynamics to design effective interventions
- I analyzed an organization from a case study and drafted [[Advice and Counsel on EU Design]]🧩
###### A capacity to create a human-centric action plan for organizational change
- I developed an [[BSR Action Plan|action plan]]🧩 for improving nurse compliance in performing bedside shift report at the hospital where I work.
## Leadership Project
For my final project I chose to focus on the issues of knowledge management in my Rotary club. This project further demonstrates how I have been able to apply the various competencies I achieved through the ORGL program.

# What's Next
I may be finished with the ORGL program, but [[my leadership journey continues]].
