# Action Research

Action Research is a practical form of inquiry and a participatory research methodology. Democratic practice for every day life that acknowledges the fact that people can thing for themselves as they work together to create better lives for themselves. *[1]*
Members of a social system are involved in the investigation of their own situation and asked to develop their own potential changes, which are then tested and studied in an iterative process. *[2]*
