# Appreciative Inquiry Summit

Methodology for "whole system positive change"
- Participants in an AI Summit should be ALL employees plus other stakeholders - anyone who is interested, has influence, has information, may be impacted and has an investment. ([note on p.15](zotero://open-pdf/library/items/479TLV44?page=3))
- If all employees can't be present in the room then conduct appreciative interviews in advance to include their ideas, wishes and dreams. ([note on p.16](zotero://open-pdf/library/items/479TLV44?page=4))
