# Dialogic OD

- A consulting/change process that is used when you want to transform a social system.
- Based on the assumption that once individual members have changed their day-to-day thinking (through [[generative image|generative images]], their behaviors and actions will also change, which leads to a change in the culture that embeds the new way of thinking.
