# Personal Revelations
*I am not always good at recognizing when I am out of balance, and even when I have noticed I tend to spend too much time there. It would be good for me to create a menu of techniques for recovering equanimity. And I should make a practice of evaluating my mental state and recovering equanimity as quickly as possible.*
