#### How to successfully move through the phases
- In Forming stage, focus on goals and come to agreement on purpose as a group.

- Roles should refer back to the common goals.
- Once conflict about roles and strategies has been resolved, you can establish norms that will take the team into the performing stage.
#### Additional phase of group development model
